Introducing 'Sondela Sampler Vol. 1', our debut release for 2024—a preview of our commitment to spotlighting emerging talents and curating a distinctive blend of music, crafted for both listening pleasure and dancefloor immersion. Within this sampler, discover a fusion of classic and futuristic Afro-sounds, leaving you yearning for more.

The opening track, 'On My Mind' by the burgeoning talent The Siege DJ, sets the sampler's tone, coupling a haunting instrumental with ethereal vocals lamenting a lost love. 'A Dance With Leah', from King Djongo, mesmerises with its exquisite broken-beat & 3-Step inspiration, capable of igniting a spiritual awakening while moving any dance floor.

SA-born, UK-based producer Sphephelo delivers 'Intina', a nostalgic ballad evoking sepia-toned memories through heartfelt Swahili melodies giving us the feeling of love and longing. Rotterdam-based producer Stereo Cassette, who showcases his audacity with 'Angelic'—a gritty instrumental perfectly suited for peak-time grooves.

Bringing 'Sondela Sampler Vol. 1' to a climactic close is under-the-radar tastemaker Katlego Swizz who collaborates with Pancamo on 'Bitter Sweet'—a celestial, cinematic track that entices with airy sounds and an unmatched arrangement.
